The Race
Day two we are still in Denmark. Today's race is a flat 202.5KM from the city of Roskilde to Nyborg. Today should be a race for the Sprinters. Yves Lampaert (Belgium) won the Yellow Jersey yesterday in a wet and slippery time trial.
The Snack
A sweet sticky apple fritter from the local donut shop will provide fuel for this couch warrior.

The berries I can and will eat as I'm pretty much down to unprocessed/raw ingredients anymore. I used to love apple fritters - love them! - but sadly I can't have that sort of stuff anymore. Have another one for me buddy :)
