TRI-TIP

Tri-Tip is not my favorite cut of meat. It was on sale for the Memorial Weekend. Barbeque beef is nothing to be taken lightly with out a grain of kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Cooked correctly you have one meat Extravaganza!

Check out my new grill thermometer!

Looking forward to reading about your latest barbie toy. I hope it was worth all that traffic.

Zoomie, the pizza dough is rising. I just have to wait for Ms. Goofy to get home and I will fire up the 'PizzaQue'. I am using a sourdough for the crust. i have my fingers crossed.

Greg, I had a sandwich this morning. It was even better the second day.

WhiteTrashBBQ, Coming from you that is a compliment that is appreciated. Thanks!

Whaddya mean tritip ain't yer favorite? The texture, flavor and quick cooking makes it one of my top choices. Kinda pricey though, now that it's famous. Wasn't that way years ago.

Reverend, I think Tri-Tip is overated. It is easy to cook. It just does not have a lot of beef flavor. This cut will take marinades well. Hey doughnut get me wrong, Meat is good.

I like tri-tip but I usually just slow roast it.
