HAPPY GRILLED TURKEY DAY

It is almost done. The stuffing was made with home made bread. Ms. Goofy has a pumpkin toffee cheesecake that will be topped with caramel sauce. She has it hidden in our ice cave and I have been told hands off until dessert. Hope you are having a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Update: 4 hours later.

Ms, Goofy went to the ice cave and removed this cheesecake of pumpkin and caramel toffee delight. It was sliced and covered with caramel sauce, Oh my!

Mmmmm... both look delish! Perhaps you can ask Ms. Goofy very nicely to publish the cheesecake recipe?

PresidentofCookies, Thanks for coming over. We have leftovers galore. In fact I just had a big ole scoop of stuffing and gravy at half time..

Zia, My eyes are getting heavy from that extra scoop of stuffing. I may have to take a nap. I promise the cheescake recipe. Ms. Goofy is allready nany noony from stuffing and cheesecake overload.

That Cheesecake looks absolutely wonderful.

Zoomie, You can dress it up any way you want, but it is still cured ham. Oh, and I still want to try it. It sounds great.

highlandsranchfoodie, It is good to hear from you. I thought maybe you were disssapointed about our football game. The Silver & Black has had a short lived winning streak. I bet it is very cold in your neighborhood.

Chris, Thanks, we did and I know your meal was great too. I have been enjoying looking at your leftovers. The next month will bring some roasts to both of our grills. I cannot wait.

Greg, Oh man, I have a gaggle of grills and smokers. I use the Weber the most. It is a multi-tasker for sure. You can buy replacement parts if you have rusted or broken parts. Just do it! You will not be sorry.
