A generic sauce was used and we had a 'Flinstone Yaba Daba Doo' dinner. Good eats!

That really is an edible work of art. I have been craving some beef ribs but most of what I see in the market are slim on meat.

Zoomie, We are going to judge a ribs only contest in Colusa this Sunday. Beef and pork, I cannot wait.

Greg, It is hard to find good beef ribs. These were cut odd but I still snatched them up.
