George Lakeman has passed to the great beyond. He will be missed by so many people from the town of Rodeo. How can I put in words how much he has touched the lives of us all. The service will be held tomorrow at Crockett.
Life sucks sometimes!

Portrait of a truly contented man. I'm sorry for your loss.
"he touched the livers of us all."
Whoa, I misread that.
Cookiecrumb, I deserve that. We will hoist a couple in honor of George. George was a Rodeo icon.
Just looking at his photo and reading this post makes me feel a loss that I never met the man. Sorry for your loss ChiliB
Thanks highlandsranchfoodie, I am not sure if George was a Raider or Niner fan. I am sure he did not like the Bronco's and especially Elway!! (Well maybe that was my two cents).
We play you 10/24. Would you like to place a bet again? A hot sauce or local product would be good.
CB, I'm sorry for your loss. Nice to have such good memories!
