Sadly, we will be out of town. Taste some for us - I'll look forward to reading about the adventure.

Zoomie, Okay, I am proud about your sausage making endeavor. I do not get the scatological and sexual innuendos. Sausage is fun to make and eat. Oh Yeah!!!!

Chilebrown, yes, you've got to have your mind in the gutter like we do to get those innuendos. You are living on a much higher plane than that.

Chilebrown, this thought just came to me. Are you going to be competing? If so, there is a SALT-FREE soy sauce in Japantown, preserved with alcohol instead. It's delicious, you just want to cook off the hooch. Can't you see a teriyaki bacon something or other?

cookiecrumb, We are spectators at this event. I have never heard of a salt-free hoochy soy sauce. Does it have a name? Salt does not have to be a bad thing. I hope you attend Sunday. We can have some hooch with our bacon.

I don't know the name. I remember the store where I bought it, but too hard to describe here... The label clearly says sodium-free.
We might come. Working on leaving our dog home alone.
