TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE SNAKE RIVER
Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house it smelled like barbeque T-bone steak. Ms. Goofy knows what I like. This present came by the Santa wearing a brown uniform and his sleigh was a delivery vehicle. This wonderful Christmas gift was a box of assorted steaks from Snake River Farms. Snake River sells American Kobe Beef. This is a very high quality beef sought after by chef's, bbq competitors and beef connoisseurs The marbling of fat throughout this beef is spectacular. This provides a luscious mouth feel in every single bite. I would suggest that the flavor has a feel of butter that is unique to this cattle breed. We could not wait till Christmas to sample this fantabulous meat present. A t-bone was enjoyed and savored by all. Ms. Goofy you are the greatest.

That's a fine looking hunk of beef in both the raw and cooked form. Merry Christmas
Big Dude, Merry Christmas to you and your family. I hope your rehab is going well.
That T-bone has more filet than most porterhouses sold around here! Hard to go wrong with SRF, for sure. Happy holidays to you and your family.
Chris, I have been peeking under the tree hoping to see that BGE. Maybe this is the year. Merry Christmas to you and yours. Oh and get back on your bike.
Some day, I am going to try something from SRF. Merry Christmas to you and Ms. Goofy!
Three Dogs BBQ, I am very surprised you have not competed with SRF brisket. I believe I can actually identify the flavor profile in a blind tasting.
Merry Christmas Three Dog BBQ
Oh, I think we may try one this year. At the very least, we are going to try a Myers Waygu from Mr. Brisket in Cleveland. At this point, SRF is a bit pricy for 5-7 comps a year. Someday maybe...
Merry Christmas to you both and to Lucy! I hope she got a bite of that big steak. :-)
Zoomie, That is not going to happen. Merry Christmas to you and Buzz. I cannot wait to try my Christmas present. Thanks.
